Is it worth the price?
Premium is designed for travelers who want to plan their own Japan trip, keep multiple itineraries, personalize prebuilt routes, and use the advanced planning tools and additional map layers. Its value is having those tools available while you compare ideas and build a route that fits your interests, pace, and reservations.
Traditional booking options and travel agencies serve different needs. Booking platforms help you reserve individual services; travel agencies may provide personal advice, make bookings, and offer trip support. Their fees and inclusions vary. Premium is self-service planning software, not a travel-agent service: it does not make reservations for you or guarantee savings, availability, or on-trip assistance. Downloadable paid guides are separate one-time purchases. You can use the free planner and public map first, then choose Premium if the additional tools suit your trip.

All members can cancel their plans at any time from their account. Cancel before your trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. Trial access ends at the scheduled trial end when cancellation is set for that time. When membership access ends, unused store credits are forfeited and the account retains access only to the most recently edited itinerary. Starting a new itinerary after cancellation requires moving the current itinerary into inaccessible storage. If a traveler starts a membership again later, their saved itineraries and the user-added map pins can become accessible again through the renewed membership.
Refund Policy
All Premium membership sales are final. Because Premium provides immediate access to digital services and SaaS features, refunds are not offered. Canceling a monthly or annual membership prevents future renewal charges and does not refund the current billing period.
Premium checkout is processed securely by Stripe. Access is added only after Stripe confirms payment or an eligible trial checkout, and recurring plan changes are managed from your account billing settings.
