All members can cancel their plans at any time from their account. After cancellation, unused store credits are forfeited and the account retains access only to the most recently edited itinerary. Starting a new itinerary after cancellation requires moving the current itinerary into inaccessible storage. If a traveler starts a membership again later, their saved itineraries and the user-added map pins can become accessible again through the renewed membership.
Refund Policy
All Premium membership sales are final. Because Premium provides immediate access to digital services and SaaS features, refunds are not offered. Canceling a monthly or annual membership prevents future renewal charges and does not refund the current billing period.
Premium checkout is processed securely by Stripe. Access is added only after Stripe confirms payment, and recurring plan changes are managed from your account billing settings.
