Is it worth the price?
Absolutely. Japan Trip Planners supports decisions for trips that often cost thousands of dollars per person. Traditional travel agents can charge hundreds of dollars while offering less Japan-specific insight, fewer self-serve tools, and less flexibility for travelers who want to shape the trip themselves.
If Premium helps a traveler save even $100 or discover an experience they would have missed, the monthly or yearly cost becomes a small part of a much larger trip investment. Better planning also helps travelers spend more of their trip budget on memorable experiences instead of preventable mistakes.
Cancellation Policy
All members can cancel their plans at any time from their account. After cancellation, unused store credits are forfeited and the account retains access only to the most recently edited itinerary. Starting a new itinerary after cancellation requires moving the current itinerary into inaccessible storage. If a traveler starts a membership again later, their saved itineraries can become accessible again through the renewed account.
Refund Policy
All Premium membership sales are final. Because Premium provides immediate access to digital services and SaaS features, refunds are not offered. Canceling a monthly or annual membership prevents future renewal charges and does not refund the current billing period.
